Walk into the main door of the shop at the end of the tour and be welcomed by the scent of dozens of cheeses set out for you to taste each one. I read an article in the BBC that in the same way in the UK small town pubs are having difficulty staying open. Concerning since these types of places in some ways define the small town British culture.
